Vietnamese Crepe (Bánh Xèo)

Ingredients:
* The batter:
- 1 cup rice flour
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
-1/2 tsp fish sauce
- 1 egg
- 1 cup coconut milk
-20 gr green onion minced
-1/2 tsp ground turmeric
- 2 tsp oil
*The fillings:
-1/2 pound shrimp skinless
-1/2 pound pork (or chicken breast)
- 1 white onion slice
-200gr mung bean spround (optional)
-3 tsp oil
- 2 garlic clove (minced)
* Vietnamese Dipping Sauce
- 1 cup boiled water
-5 tsp sugar
-5 tsp fish sauce
- 4 tsp lemon juice
-2 garlic minced
- 2 tsp fresh minced chili
* Direction:
-In the large bowl mix all ingredient in the patter part together, stir well and let sit 30 minutes set aside
- slightly the port or chicken
-heat 2 tsp oil in pan on medium heat, add minced garlic cook and stir until fragrant
- add pork, add 1 tsp salt and saute until cooked add shrimp and white onion cook until turn pink
-heating the non-stick pan with 1 tsp oil, swirl slightly to coat the pan’s bottom and sides when the pan really hot pour the patter to hot pan swirling around the pan and cover with lid 45 seconds minute decrease low heat . open the lid add shrimp, pork, onion and sprouts in the side of the batter wait more 3 minute or until dark yellow
- wrap up and remove
- repeat with the rest
* mix all parts of Vietnamese dipping sauce together
* enjoy your food
