TERIYAKI CHICKEN THIGH

*Ingredients:
-1 lb chicken thigh boneless
* Sauce:
- 5 tbsp teriyaki sauce
-1 tsp salt
-1 tsp chili powder (Cayenne.....,)
-tsp paprika powder
- a pinch of black pepper
- 1 tsp Thai chili paste (optional)
*Direction;
_ wash chicken and dry by napkin paper
- add on ingredient and rest at least 30 minute

-turn the air fryer to 340 F in 25 minute after that increase 380 in 3 minute
-we can use oven for this recipe
- Chicken can be serve with salad or boiled vegetable is friendly for Keto or low carb meal
