VIETNAMESE PORK RIB

*Ingredients:
-2 lbs pork rib
- 2,5 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 tbsp lemon juice
-3 tbsp orange juice
-1 tbsp olive oil
*Direction:
-Cut the rib medium piece and boil 10 minutes
-dry the rib and marinate with
-Rest at least 3 hours or over night in fridge
-Turn oven or air fryer 180 C
-dry the rib and marinate with
-Bake 40 minute
- Pour the rest of sauce in rib
- Bake more 10 minutes
