SHRIMP CEVICHE

*Ingredients:

-500 gr tomato

-200 gr avocado

-50 gr jalapeno

-50 gr red onion

-3 tsp salt

- 1/2 cup lemon juice

- 50 gr cilantro

-300 gr shrimp




*Direction:

-Dice tomato and avocado

-Dice red onion small

-Dice cilantro in small piece

- cut cilantro

-Boil shrimp really fast when the water hot add shrimp 30 second or you can just use fresh shrimp (be careful with fresh shrimp) cut shrimp the same size with tomato and avocado.

-add all to big bowl then add salt and lemon juice mix gently.

- let ceviche in fridge at least 30 minutes before serving
