Low carb peanut butter cookies

Ingredients:


1 egg

1 cup creamy peanut butter

¼ tsp sea salt

1/2 cup sweetener (Stevia or Erythritol....)

½ tsp vanilla (optional)

2 tbsp water

2 tbsp almond flour

-use hand mixer or whisker mix the egg with salt, water, vanilla extract and baking power until mix well

add peanut butter, sweetener and almond flour into egg bowl mix well

- kneading the dough a little

- Roll dough into 1 inch balls and put on baking sheets. Flatten each ball with a fork, making a crisscross pattern. Bake in a preheated 350 degrees F oven for about 15 minutes or until cookies begin to brown.
