*Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken breast
-1/2 lb Shrimp
-200 gr lettuce
-200 gr carrot
- 1 bunch green onion
- basil or mint (optional)
*Direction:
-Boil chicken breast and shrimp

-boil carrot
- boil green onion quickly 30 second
- add chicken breast and shrimp into lettuce then roll

- use boiled green onion to tie the roll

- the roll can be eaten with the spring roll sauce (hoisin peanut butter sauce)

-In addition, we can use the roasted seaweed around the roll for fresh sea flavor
