Low carb Sardines Tomato Sauce

*Ingredients:( for 2 people)
- 2 can of Sardines packed in olive oil (224 g)
- 500 g tomato
-3 cloves Garlic
- cilantro
- Green Onion
* Directions:
- Dice 250 g tomato and slice quarter each tomato
- mince garlic

-Heat the pan with 1 tbsp oil add garlic
-Add tomato diced saute 3 minute

- Add sardines and slice tomato
-add 1/2 tbsp salt
- cook 5 minute with low heat
- add green onion and a pinch of black pepper
