Spring Rolls

-1 pound chicken or Pork

-1 pound shrimp

-100gr dry rice noodles or 200gr fresh rice noodle

-a bunch of basil (optional)

-lettuce

-rice paper




* Sauce:

-Hoisin sauce 6 tbsp

-creamy peanut butter 10 tbsp

- vinegar


* Direction:

-Boiled chicken and shrimps until cooked- then slice chicken 1 inch wide and cut shrimps a haft long side

-boiled dry noodle



- put lettuce on side of rice paper after that noodle basil, chicken and shrimp

- roll the spring roll




* Making sauce:

-heat the pan low heat add hoisin sauce, peanut butter, vinegar and 10 tbsp water , add 1 tsp sugar cook 4 minutes


* Enjoy home made Spring rolls
